About Me
With a background in FMCG marketing, I offer the experience of over 30 years in hospitality..
This ranged from being the award-winning Marketing Director of the 300 strong GrandMet steakhouse chain to ownership of a research-led, international, marketing consultancy, with 30 staff, advising pub and restaurant chains and major property companies.
At the same time I created, owned and operated 12 new catering concepts.
I am also Brighton & Hove Council’s designated Hospitality Partner, assisting businesses in the City.
I use my experience and systems to deliver successful blueprints.
