About Me

An economist with a background in FMCG marketing, I offer the experience of over 30 years in hospitality..
This ranged from being the award-winning Marketing Director of the 300 strong GrandMet steakhouse chain to ownership of a  research-led, international, marketing consultancy, with 30 staff, advising pub and restaurant chains and major property companies.
At the same time I created, owned and operated 12 new catering concepts.
I am also Brighton & Hove Council’s designated Hospitality Partner, assisting businesses in the City.
I use my experience and background in data, marketing and research to deliver successful blueprints to independent restaurants whose passion must be balanced by careful analysis in order to survive and prosper.
